Returns & Refunds Policy

At P. Louise Cosmetics, we want you to be obsessed with your kit, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items where the security seal has been broken or the product has been tested.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and within the 14-day return window from the date of receipt.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your products to prevent damage during transit and include your order note or authorization code inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a tracked postal service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse.
